Elocutio’s associated email services are also hosted by OVHcloud in France.

Personal data may also be accessible to service providers acting on our behalf where this is necessary for IT, security, backup or other services required for the operation of our business.

Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, appropriate data protection safeguards are required in accordance with applicable law.

We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Elocutio’s policy is to avoid, wherever reasonably possible, the transfer of personal data outside the European Union (EU) and to favour service providers and hosting solutions that process and store data within the EU.

More broadly, Elocutio gives preference, wherever practicable, to European sovereign digital solutions, particularly solutions that provide EU-based hosting, data governance and control, and minimise dependencies involving the transfer of personal data outside the EU.

Where a transfer of personal data outside the EU is nevertheless necessary, Elocutio ensures that it is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and that an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard is in place, such as an applicable adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.
